Shoulder/Triceps Burn


Hi!

Ooops...it's been a while since I shared a workout with you! Sorry for that, but I'm really busy at the moment...there's so much work in the office. I'm always home late and tired...therefore all the spare time is reserved for sports and not for blogging :)


But I want to share my latest shoulder/triceps workout with you! It was great and I'm looking forward to tomorrows sore shoulders :D


Train With Niki - Shoulder/Triceps 

  • Straight Bar Front Raise (Tower) (7,5kg) - 4 x 15 reps
  • Triceps Kick Back (Dumbbell) (10kg) - 4 x 15 reps
  • 100 x Jump Rope between each set

  • Disc Front Raise (10kg) - 4 x 15 reps
  • One Arm Triceps Extension (Tower) (5kg) - 4 x 15 reps
  • 100 x Jump Rope between each set

  • High Pull (Tower) (15kg) - 3 x 12-15 reps
  • One Arm Leaning Lat. Raise (Tower) (2,5kg) - 3 x 10 reps
  • 100 x Jump Rope between each set

  • Bent Over Fly (Dumbbell) (6kg) - 3 x 15 reps
  • Overhead Triceps Extension (Dumbbell) (10/12kg) - 3 x 10-15 reps

  • Pull Ups (assisted) - 4 x as many as possible
